krissandClaude Sonnet 5 05bd34208b fix: VaultViewModel forwards session objectWillChange explicitly 
Prevents EntryListView refresh from relying on an implicit SwiftUI
re-render cascade through ContentView; now vaultVM itself publishes
when session.database changes.
